Most pieces are made to order. Standard items take 3–7 business days. Custom pieces typically take 7–21 days depending on complexity. We'll give you a clear timeline when you order.

Yes! We share photos and videos of your finished piece via WhatsApp before shipping, so you can approve it. Your satisfaction comes first — we won't ship until you're happy.

We accept bank transfer, POS payment, and online card payment via Paystack. For custom orders, we require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the balance paid before shipping.

Yes! For orders of 5+ pieces (for hotels, offices, interior projects, etc.), please contact us on WhatsApp to discuss pricing. We love working on large projects and offer meaningful discounts for bulk commissions.

Our pieces range from ₦15,000 for smaller accessories to ₦500,000+ for large sculptures. Prices vary by size, wood species, and complexity. Every piece is fairly priced for the level of craftsmanship involved.

Lagos: 3–5 business days after production. Other Nigerian states: 5–8 days. International: 7–21 days depending on destination. These timelines are after production is complete.

Free delivery on all orders over ₦50,000 within Nigeria. Below that, Lagos delivery is ₦2,500 and other states ₦4,000–₦8,000. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

Apply natural wood oil every 3–6 months. Wipe clean with a damp (never soaking wet) cloth. Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight and avoid leaving water pooled on surfaces. For kitchen pieces, we recommend re-oiling every 1–2 months with regular use.

We recommend food-grade mineral oil, coconut oil, or our Feranliz Wood Care Oil (available separately). Avoid olive oil as it can go rancid. Apply with a clean cloth, let it soak for 20 minutes, then wipe off the excess.

Small surface checks (hairline cracks) are a natural characteristic of solid wood as it responds to humidity. Apply oil generously to the affected area. For larger cracks, contact us — we can advise or arrange a repair.
